Rolling Roadblocks in Delaware for I-95 / SR 896 Interchange Work

The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces to motorists that road contractors will require daytime rolling roadblocks on Southbound SR 896 and the Southbound I-95 ramp to Southbound SR 896 for rock removal.
