
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced that the Front Street ramp to northbound I-95 in South Philadelphia has reopened to traffic. The ramp had been closed since Monday, March 17, to maintain mainline I-95 traffic for high-priority bridge repairs.
