In 20 years of RV camping, I have never run across a more uncaring, unprofessional, incompetent, corporate-mentality organization.
Transient travelers are relegated to a gravel field uncovered by WiFi, propane service hours are limited to twice a day and getting service even then was difficult. They claim to have an RV service facility on site, but were told when we went to purchase a needed part, “Yes, we have that part, but the service department is closed. No, we can’t get the part for you from inventory, but you can drive to New Mexico to get one from Camping World.” Which we did.
We’ll never return to Mission RV Park El Paso.
