Kamp Klamath – Klamath, California

If you are staying in the Klamath Crescent City area, Kamp Klamath I can say is probably one of the most desireable campgrounds in the area. In the RV section there is some separation. They all have fire pits and picnic tables.
In the other parts of the park there is even more separation and more of an “in the woods” feel.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They will go out of their way to see that you get what you need. The campground is also very pet friendly. Although leashes are required in the camp area’s, the other parts of the property are off leash if you like. There’s plenty of room for ball chasing and exploring. The Saturday night BBQ and live music is well worth the additional price. Great food and great music.

The campground is off the main highway and only about a mile from access to the mouth of the Klamath river. There is no cell service except maybe Verizon. The Wifi is narrow band so getting on is almost impossible at times. 3:00 am worked for me. If you don’t have satelitte TV you’ll get nothing on a regular antenna. Most RV parks in the area look like grass parking lots. This place doesn’t.
