Buckboard Crossing National Forest Campground – Green River, WY

Great National Forest campground, but not to be confused with the privately-owned Buckboard Campground and Marina located adjacent to the National Forest Campground.

They have decently sized sites, water, electric, some pull-thrus, wind/sun shelters. The bathrooms consist of basic concrete block structures, but as clean as can be expected. There is a Ranger station on site, but it was not manned during the two days we were there. They have an on-site camp host.

The marina next door has a small camp store. It’s located right on the Flaming Gorge/Green River.
