Developer Plans Outlet Mall Along I-95 in White Marsh

Baltimore-based Paragon Outlet Partners is planning a new 500,000-square-foot, 100+ store outlet mall in White Marsh near the corner of Interstate 95 and Route 43.

Paragon Outlet partners has scheduled to begin construction soon, with an expected opening of 2015. The outlet mall would be constructed in two phases, with the first 300,000 square feet opening first and the remaining 200,000 square feet opening later.
