Traffic Shift Complete to New I-95 Northbound Bridge in Fredericksburg Area
The Virginia Department of Transportation reports that three travel lanes of Interstate 95 northbound are now crossing a new Rappahannock River bridge between the City Fredericksburg and Stafford County.
